After some early working experience with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their Vancouver Special Services Division, Peter started a career in real estate appraisal.

 

There were previous stops at Grover, Elliott & Co, Revenue Canada, Colliers International, self employment at Lumina Services Inc and now a return to Grover, Elliott & Co. He has completed a wide range of assignments, and won an International Award of Excellence as Vice-President & Manager of Colliers Vancouver Appraisal Division.

 

Assignments have included investment and development properties with locations in Canada, the United States, Mexico and South Korea. Peter has appeared as an expert witness before BC Courts, Rental Arbitration Tribunals and Assessment Appeal Boards.

 

He's tutored and taught first year appraisal at UBC and Langara College, been appointed as an arbitrator in a commercial lease dispute, been quoted by some media outlets and has been a speaker at the UBC Urban Land Economics Club.

 

Peter has also done volunteer work for the Appraisal Institute, Vancouver Community College, United Way, the Capilano Rugby Club and Ridgeview Elementary School.
