In 2013 Blake secured a full-ride football scholarship to The University of Texas at Austin. He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then returned to Canada to work in the health and fitness field.

 

During early 2021, Blake started work as an appraisal assistant and researcher on a part time basis. In the Spring he enrolled in the UBC Sauder School of Business, Real Estate Division. There he began taking courses towards the Appraisal Institute of Canada's Distance Education Program.

 

In October 2021, he joined Grover Elliott & Co as a Research Analyst. When Blake is not maintaining Grover Elliott’s comparable databases or assisting with property write-ups, he can be found attending sporting events or enjoying a round of golf.
