Nathan is a commercial real estate appraiser and property tax specialist with over 18 years of experience. As a sought-after real estate consultant, Nathan has a wide range of experience with the valuation and assessment appeal of all property types from resource land to major marine terminals including more traditional industrial, multi-family, office, retail and mixed-use developments.  Nathan has provided formal valuation advice for all stages of the acquisition and development process and is routinely called upon to assist in complex lease negotiations, rental disputes and expropriations. Nathan has a track record of success related to Property Assessment Appeals, being responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in assessment reductions for clients over his career.

Nathan has been accepted as an expert witness in numerous legal proceedings, before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Property Assessment Review Panel, the BC Property Assessment Appeal Board and various private arbitrations.
