Kate joined Grover Elliott in 2021 after having practiced real property appraisal for more than ten years. She is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia, and is a past volunteer of the Appraisal Institute of Canada BC association.

Valuation assignments include the appraisal of commercial, industrial, multifamily and unique properties, vacant land and redevelopment sites located in the Greater Vancouver Area and surrounding regions.
