Keith is a commercial real estate appraiser and property tax specialist with over a decade of experience. As a Partner, and lead for Grover Elliott's property tax department, Keith leverages the team’s extensive commercial appraisal experience to provide comprehensive property tax strategies that ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Having previously held senior positions for BC Assessment, he has an in-depth knowledge of assessment appeals, valuation, classification, and exemptions, along with strong relationships with the Assessors. Keith also completes commercial appraisals and expert witness litigation assignments for a wide range of commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties.
Keith is a Past President of the Real Estate Institute of BC, a professional RI member, a designated AACI Professional Appraiser and a member of the Canadian Property Tax Association. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University (2007) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from UBC (2013). He has been accepted as an expert witness and advocate at the Property Assessment Appeal Board, Property Assessment Review Panel and Squamish Nation Assessment Review Board.
When not working Keith can be found having family time with his wife and children or chasing an adrenaline rush biking or skiing on the North Shore.
