
Keith MacLean-Talbot

Keith has been working in real estate appraisal since 2010. Prior to joining Grover Elliott as Director, Property Tax, he spent 11 years employed with BC Assessment developing an in-depth knowledge of property tax, assessment valuation and appeal negotiations. He has experience working on industrial, office, development land and residential properties.
Keith is currently the President of the Real Estate Institute of BC’s Board of Governors and has been a professional RI designated member since 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University (2007) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from UBC (2013).
Keith specializes in property assessment tax advice through pre-roll consultation and assessment appeals. His previous experience leading assessment appeal negotiations for the Assessor gives him a unique perspective while representing clients. He has been accepted as an expert and advocate at the Property Assessment Appeal Board.
When not working Keith can be found running after his two young children or chasing an adrenaline rush down a North Shore mountain either on a bike or skis.
