Mr. Oord has extensive experience in the valuation of retail, office, industrial and multiple family residential developments, both existing and proposed. He has also appraised properties all over British Columbia, with a focus on the Lower Mainland and the Sea to Sky Corridor.
In February 2018, Michael, along with his two long-time colleagues, Brent McLaren and Angus Heaps, purchased Grover Elliott. The three partners continue to complete appraisal work as they manage the company.
