Bronwen began her valuation career at Suncorp Valuations specializing in depreciation reports. Subsequently, she worked for both Austin Real Estate Consultants on commercial property tax appeals and Values Defined Real Estate Valuation Services on commercial narrative appraisal reports. Regionally, she has focused on the BC market covering the Lower Mainland, Sea-to-Sky corridor, Vancouver Island, and the Sunshine Coast, for a wide-range of end users.

 

In addition to valuation experience, Bronwen has international business development and real estate sales experience in Asia. While based in Hong Kong, she marketed and sold off-plan condominium units located internationally including in Tokyo, New York, and London.  While based in Shanghai, she worked for a US based firm, supporting business development throughout mainland China, and Hong Kong, learning Mandarin along the way.

 

Bronwen is presently an AIC Candidate, on track toward AACI designation in 2025.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys learning new languages, cycling the North Shore, and travelling with her spouse.
