Grover, Elliott & Co. Ltd. is an established real estate appraisal firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our senior team of accredited real estate appraisers have extensive experience in all types of property valuation, new project analysis, consulting and forensic appraisal.
The company has been continuously and exclusively involved with the professional practice of real estate appraisal, valuation and consulting since 1969. Assignments have included virtually every class of real property found in the metropolitan Vancouver area.
We are particularly oriented toward establishing property values for clients with real estate in the metropolitan Vancouver region, we also offer services to non-local and international clients requiring appraisal services in Vancouver and throughout North America.

purpose properties including valuation of parking garages, racquet clubs, skating rinks, golf courses, private hospitals, hotels, private schools, churches, manufactured home parks, airport facilities and government and institutional buildings. |
A considerable portion of our appraisal work involves new project analysis and valuation. Developments valued on this basis include residential subdivisions, industrial parks, numerous multiple family residential projects, shopping centres, office towers a variety of special purpose properties.
Litigation and tribunal support also forms a significant component of our appraisal practice. We specialize in forensic appraising and dispute resolution. Our appraisers have consulted on professional appraisal matters with the Appraisal Institutes of Canada and the US and with public universities, colleges and institutions, and have been accepted as experts by Provincial and Federal Courts, Expropriation Boards and Assessment Appeal Boards.
Our senior appraisers hold the AACI (P.App) designation of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and several hold real estate and appraisal designations from similar organizations, including the MAI and RI(BC) designations..
