Thomas Brent, B.A.

Thomas started his career in real estate appraisal in 2007, working with us to update and maintain our comparable transaction database. His position has evolved whereby he works in a team of four appraisers, assisting them with such matters as market research, report drafting, and liaising with our clients and other end users of our reports. In late 2009 Thomas was promoted to the position of appraiser.

Thomas received his bachelors degree in Geography from the University of Victoria and has continued his education with Sauder’s Real Estate Program as he works towards getting his accreditation as an appraiser.
