Sean Cranston, BA, MA Econ, (AIC Cand.)

Sean started his career in real estate appraisal in 2010, working with us in a research capacity to update and maintain our comparable transaction database, and in economic market analyses. Sean authored several well-received newsletters that describe the state of and trends in Greater Vancouver’s commercial real estate markets, In early 2012, Sean was promoted to the position of appraiser.

Sean received his BA in Economics from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2009, and his MA in Economics from Simon Fraser University in 2010. Sean has continued his education with Sauder’s Real Estate Program as he works towards his accreditation as an appraiser. He has been a Candidate Member of the AIC since early 2012.
