James G. Cameron - M.Sc. (Bus. Admin), AACI, P. App, RI(BC)

Jim graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science, and then after completing his teaching certificate Jim taught secondary school for two years. Jim returned to UBC in 1977, to complete a Master of Science (Business Administration) degree. After graduation in 1979, Jim joined Grover, Elliott & Co. and during his 30 years with the company has worked in various capacities ranging from contractor to principal.

Assignments include fee appraisals and investment analyses for all types of real property including: multiple family residential, industrial, commercial properties and sites throughout the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Whistler. During this period Jim has lectured in real estate finance, property management, advanced real estate appraisal and appraisal cases.
