April joined Grover, Elliott & Co. in 2004 and has a acquired wide range of appraisal experience having completed retail, office, industrial and multi-family appraisal assignments throughout the Lower Mainland. She also has experience in land rent valuations and expropriation assignments. She is currently a member of the Applied Experience Committee for the Appraisal Institute of Canada, as well as a member of the BC Expropriation Association.
