April joined Grover, Elliott & Co. in 2004 and has a acquired wide range of appraisal experience having completed retail, office, industrial and multi-family appraisal assignments throughout the Lower Mainland. She also has experience in land rent valuations and expropriation assignments.

April received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba in 1998 in Winnipeg Manitoba before moving to Vancouver to complete her law degree at the University of British Columbia. April was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2002 and after practicing law for a few years, began working towards her Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, which she received in 2006. April is in the final stages of earning her AACI designation. She is currently a member of the Applied Experience Committee for the Appraisal Institute of Canada, as well as a member of the BC Expropriation Association.
